Reservation fee is 10 percent of a room rate.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Registration of foreign guests.
Children no older than 7 years can stay for free.
Children older than 7 years can stay for 50 percent of a room rate.
Children older than 12 years are considered adult for room occupancy.
A discount of 10 percent is offered for a stay over 8 nights.
Early arrival and late departure are additionally paid.
Stay of 2 guests in a room or any visit after 11 p.m. are considered Double occupancy.
Payment is carried out by cash in currency of the Russian Federation; accepted credit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International.
Any change of reservation is coordinated in writing.
Any change concerning your stay must be coordinated one day in advance.
Reservation must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
In event of a prescheduled departure the cost of the entire room rate will be charged. Check out time is 12:00 a.m.
